With approvals now secured for both the European Cricket Ground and Campo Maximo Resort, the project will now progress across both sites. Works will continue at the stadium site, led by Spanish construction company VORACYS, while a lead contractor for the resort will be appointed in the coming months ahead of works commencing there.
Over the next two years, the two sites will be developed as one connected destination for year-round cricket, premium hospitality and unforgettable experiences on Spain’s coast.

Enabling works are underway at the European Cricket Ground site, led by Spanish construction company VORACYS. This work includes site preparation, clearing and earthworks.
These works are preparing the site for the next stage of development. We will continue to share updates as construction progresses.
Both the European Cricket Ground and Campo Maximo Resort now have the approvals required to proceed, allowing the project to progress across both sites.
Residents may notice truck movements, dust, noise and some temporary disruption associated with normal construction activity.
We understand that construction can affect those living and working nearby, and we sincerely appreciate the community’s patience while the project takes shape. The Campo Maximo team is committed to minimising disruption as much as possible and managing site safety, dust, noise, traffic and access responsibly. We will share further information as construction arrangements for main works are confirmed.
Campo Maximo is working closely with the Las Ramblas team as the resort progresses. Construction planning will be coordinated with the golf course to minimise disruption to members, guests and day-to-day operations, with further practical updates shared where relevant.

Yes. Campo Maximo is expected to create opportunities through construction and, over time, through hospitality, events, tourism and the operation of the stadium and resort.
